The Nkangala Teachers

The Nkangala district teachers workshops have come and gone with the Formal Practical Assessment being top of it’s agenda, it’s going to be an interesting term with YCM opening its competition to the entire district. It was an interesting session which saw our teachers perform an improvised drama in just five minutes. A captivating moment to witness, teachers showcasing their talent and exploring drama elements in Cultural and Social events. Most of the performance where in line with the ATP (Annual Teaching Plan) and the stimulus used was emulated from the document. Our collaboration with The Mpumalanga Department of Education (MDoE) is to develop and come up with new activities that can assist teachers to improve and come up with strategies and new ideas that can nurture the artistic talents of our learners. We are more convinced than ever that bringing young people together to solve out social issues can eradicate their skills in our society.
